It’s been about one year since we discovered this place and my 3 dogs and 2 cats have never been this healthy. From the service to the quality I recommend this store 100% and I do not miss any occasions to talk about it to family and friends! They are very welcoming and give very good pieces of advice. We had trouble trusting people for the grooming of our poodle and from the first appointment, we knew it was the one. They also have amazing natural treats for your animals to chew on! -
We love this place. We have a new puppy and the owner was amazing. She spent more than an hour explaining all the products. She gave us several samples and our puppy is on the fast track to good training and good nutrition.

We have been shopping at Earthwise since it opened. We also use the grooming services and self-wash. The owners are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of dog food, grooming products, toys and treats. So glad they opened in our area!

We have recently moved to the area from Northern VA and have tried several different groomers with limited success. We just couldn’t find someone who could give our mixed breed dog a good cut. We loved the place we used in VA and were trying to find a groomer who could duplicate the results. Not only did Brittney do a fantastic job, she actually did a better job than our groomer in VA. There is always a bit of a learning curve when using a new person but she was spot on! Ernie has never had a better cut! Brittney was very knowledgeable and very talented. We have finally found our new place! Appointments were scheduled a few weeks out but well worth the wait. The person on the phone ( I forgot her name ) asked relevant questions and was a wealth of information for all my questions. Front desk was very prompt and polite when checking in and again when leaving. I would definitely recommend this highly professional business.

We are very very fortunate to have crossed paths with the wonderful folks at Earthwise Pet Supply. A few days after Bonnie and I moved in from Utah we realized that our golden retriever, Jaeger, had run out of his food. He had been a picky diner since his puppy days so we went on line to discover where his next meal could be purchased. Earthwise Pet Supply came up. Our Vet had already given them rave reviews and we were glad that they were located in a convenient spot. Two things happened on our first trip to the store. First, we were delighted with the selection of products found therein. Second, and even more important for me, their wonderful customer service gave me my first indication that Simpsonville might be a really nice place to settle.
My world always goes better when I visit Earthwise. Jaeger, and his puppy brother Reiser, always get exactly what they need in terms of food, treats, toys, and assorted other goodies. I always leave knowing that, because of Vickie, Tim, and Lucy (the Wonder Goldendoodle), the Universe is user friendly. Earthwise Pet Supply is not only good for your pet, it's good for your soul. Bonnie and I are among their biggest fans!! -
