Yes, we track your purchases of a Frequent Buyer eligible dog/cat food, supplement, litter, or treat items towards the total number of purchases required to qualify for the free dog/cat food item.
What is your return policy?
If either you or your pet is unhappy with any item, you have purchased we will gladly replace or refund it. All you have to do is bring the open bags of food or treats to our store. However, this does not include the destruction of toys, beds or normal wear and tear on those items.
Do you have self-service pet wash station?
Yes, we have a separate room with a pet wash station stocked with everything you will need to bathe your pet. We do encourage that you reserve your times, so you won’t be disappointed if the station is in use or reserved for use.
I have a very large dog, can they fit in your self-service pet wash station?
Most likely, our pet wash tubs can handle up to 600 lbs. Additionally, our station includes a ramp for pets to walk into the tub.
If you need help getting your pet in the tub, just let us know and we will be glad to assist.
When can I use your self wash station?
Our pet wash station is available Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm (last reservation taken at 5:00pm) On Saturday between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm (last reservation taken at 3:00pm)
What do I need to bring for the self-service pet wash station?
Generally, only you and your pet. Shampoo, towels, dryers, brushes, ear cleaning products. 7.
What vaccinations do you require for a grooming appointment?
We currently require proof of Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)
